Paul has over 20 years of experience as a FireFighter and is still operational today.
Born and raised in Lincolnshire, he joined the Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service in 2004 and is now a Crew Manager at Sleaford Fire Station.
This is an ‘on-call’ role, which means he, along with the retained fire service crew, responds to emergency calls via an alarm.
Paul’s primary job is as a Leading Firefighter, working as a civilian firefighter for the United States Air Force at RAF Alconbury and RAF Molesworth.
Over the years, he has acquired numerous qualifications that align perfectly with the company, and we are fortunate to have him on our team.
Paul thoroughly enjoys his role as an instructor and, despite his busy work schedule, has delivered numerous courses since joining us.
