We deliver face-to-face fire safety training courses throughout Derbyshire, enabling your team to experience hands-on, practical fire training, delivered by serving or former serving firefighters.
Delegates have the opportunity to ask questions and benefit from training that is up-to-date in accordance with the Fire Safety Order 2005.
Derbyshire Fire Statistics
During 2024/25, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service (DFRS) responded to 6,596 incidents, which included 2,057 fires.
During this reporting period, there were 6 accidental fire fatalities and 36 injuries.
The county of Derbyshire is 1,015 square miles in size.
The service operates 31 fire stations and maintains a fleet of 40 fire engines.
Derbyshire Fire Service has 800 firefighters, including office staff.
