Paul has over 20 years of experience as a FireFighter and is still operational today.
Born and raised in Lincolnshire he joined the Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service in 2004 and is now a Crew Manager at Sleaford Fire Station.
This is an ‘on-call’ role, which means he, and the retained fire service crew respond to emergency calls via an alerter.
Paul’s primary job is as a Leading Firefighter, working as a civilian firefighter for the United States Air Force at RAF Alconbury and RAF Molesworth.
Over the years, he has obtained numerous qualifications that fit perfectly with the company, and we are lucky to have him on our team.
Paul thoroughly enjoys the role of an instructor and, despite his busy work life, has delivered numerous courses since joining us.
